Cosan Limited Announces Dividend, Payable on January 8, 2021

Cosan Limited announced that its Shareholders will receive payment of dividends in the total amount of USD 244,027,482.56, corresponding to USD 1.02340096 per class A and/or B shares, record date will be December 28, 2020; ex date as of December 24, 2020; and Payment Date will be January 8, 2021.
