Cosan S.A. Announces CEO Changes Effective January 1, 2024

Cosan S.A. announced that Luis Henrique Guimarães will leave the presidency of Cosan, dedicating himself exclusively to the Boards of Directors of the companies Cosan, Moove, Compass and Vale. Nelson Gomes current CEO of Compass, will take over as CEO of Cosan, effective January 1, 2024.
