Cosan S.A. (BOVESPA:CSAN3) entered into private agreement to acquire additional 7.5% stake of Companhia de Gás de São Paulo - COMGÁS from Alaska Investimentos LTDA. and others for BRL 810 million on January 18, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, Cosan S.A. offered BRL 82 per share.

In related transaction Cosan S.A. made a tender offer to acquire 17.9% Companhia de Gás de São Paulo - COMGÁS on January 18, 2019. Cosan S.A. holds 80.12% equity stake of Companhia de Gás de São Paulo - COMGÁS.
