Cougar Metals NL Appoints Michael Fry an Executive Director

Cougar Metals NL is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company's segments include drilling operations, and mineral exploration and resource development. The drilling operations segment consists of providing rigs, equipment, consumables and services for drilling holes for the purpose of extraction and presentation of rock and soil samples on a contract basis for mining and exploration companies in Brazil and Uruguay. The Mineral exploration and resource development segment involve the geological pursuit of identifying mineral resource systems for the purposes of extraction or sale. It owns interest in Ceara Lithium Project, which consists of approximately 19 tenements covering about 28,666 hectares (ha), located in north-eastern Brazil, near the town of Solonopole. Its Pyke Hill Nickel/Cobalt Project is situated on tenement M39/159 in Western Australia. Shoal Lake East Gold Project is its Canadian project.
