The directors and officers have entered into lock-up agreements. Under these agreements, these individuals agreed, subject to specified exceptions, not to sell or transfer any shares of common stock or securities convertible into, or exchangeable or exercisable for, common stock during a period ending 90 days after the completion of this offering, without first obtaining the written consent of the Placement Agent. Specifically, these individuals agreed, in part, subject to certain exceptions.
Creative Realities, Inc. provides digital signage and media solutions to enhance communications in a variety of out-of-home environments, key market segments and use cases, including retail, entertainment and sports venues, restaurants, including quick-serve restaurants (QSR), convenience stores, financial services, automotive, medical and healthcare facilities, mixed use developments, corporate communications, employee experience and digital out of home (DOOH) advertising networks.
