Crinetics Pharmaceuticals : Presents Data from Phase 2 Study of Paltusotine in Carcinoid Syndrome

Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of therapeutics for rare endocrine diseases and endocrine-related tumors.
