Croatia Airlines reported consolidated earnings results for the first half ended June 2020. The company reported consolidated net loss widened to HRK 173.2 million ($27 million/€23 million) in the first half of 2020, from HRK 89.4 million in the same period of 2019, as a result of the coronavirus crisis. Total consolidated revenues dropped 52% year-on-year to HRK 361 million in January-June, while total costs fell 37% to HRK 534 million. Earnings before interest and taxes widened to a negative HRK 163 million from a negative HRK 80 million over the period.
