The 56,500 square-foot facility, located 2.5 miles from Dulles International Airport, will expand the company's capacity to produce customized, gourmet menu items for fast-casual and restaurant chains, hotels, airlines, retailers and consumers using the “sous-vide” cooking method pioneered by the company.
