CVB Financial Corp. and its subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank (together, the Company), announced that the Company's President and CEO, Christopher Myers, has decided to retire effective March 15, 2020 and the Company's Board of Directors has begun the leadership transition process for the organization. Mr. Myers, who has served as the Company's chief executive since 2006, will remain available to the Company as a consultant through December 31, 2020 in order to facilitate a smooth and orderly transition.
