São Paulo, September 18, 2020 - CYRELA BRAZIL REALTY S.A. EMPREENDIMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES, ("Company" or "Cyrela"), communicate, in reference to the Material Fact dated of July 25, 2020, and the Notice to Market dated of August 27, 2020, within the scope of the initial public offering of distribution of primary and secondary common shares of Cury Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. ("Cury" and "Offer", respectively), the fixing of the price per share in the amount of R$9.35 ( "Price per Share") was approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Cury held on September 17, 2020, based on the result of the investment intentions collection procedure ("Bookbuilding Procedure"), along with the respective increase in Cury's paid-in capital, in the total amount of R$ 169,999,998.30, with the issuance by Cury of 18,181,818 new, registered, book-entry common shares, with no par value, free and clear of any liens or encumbrances. Also, within the scope of the Offer, the secondary distribution of common shares issued by Cury will be carried out and held by its controlling shareholders, without change in control of Cury.

The Announcement of Start and the Final Prospectus will be available in this date for consultation at the Company's and Cury's investor relations websites, the Offer coordinators' website, in the Brazilian Securities Commission ("CVM") website, and also in the B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão's website.
