Tell Spolka Akcyjna cancelled the acquisition of Merlin.pl S.A. from Czerwona Torebka Spólka Akcyjna and Sowiniec FIZ, fund of Copernicus Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

Tell Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:TEL) signed a letter of intent to acquire Merlin.pl S.A. from Czerwona Torebka Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:CZT) and Sowiniec FIZ, fund of Copernicus Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. on September 3, 2015. Tell has been given the exclusivity right until October 16, 2015. The deal is subject to due diligence.
