D.A. Consortium Inc. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the sale of advertising space on the Internet, and the provision of investment services. The Company operates in two business segments. The Internet-related segment provides a variety of advertising services to agent, DAS(Diversified Advertising Service) and media industries, such as the planning and buying of Internet advertisement, technology services, creative services, consulting services, Website optimization and production, among others. The Investment segment is primarily engaged in the investment in Internet-related venture capitals (VCs), press release distribution agency, rental office operation, management consulting and other incubation services. As of March 31, 2013, the Company had 24 subsidiaries and 23 associated companies.
