The meeting of the Board of Directors of D&L Industries, Inc. held on April 04, 2016, the Board elected Atty. Mercedita S. Nolledo as an independent director, to fill in the vacancy left with the passing of Amb. Cesar B. Baustista.
She is likewise elected as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. She shall serve as such until the election of directors scheduled on the next regular shareholders' meeting. Effective Date of appointment is April 04, 2016.
