D&L Industries, Inc. announced that Treasurer and Compliance Officer, Mr. Bienvenido B. Gregory, Jr., passed away November 13, 2020. His functions will be temporarily discharged by Mr. Amorsolo M. Rosario until a new Treasurer and Compliance Officer is duly qualified and appointed.
