Dai Nippon Toryo Company, Limited (TSE:4611) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 300,000 shares, representing 1.05% of the outstanding shares for ¥400 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until December 20, 2019. As of March 31, 2019, the company had 28,594,772 shares outstanding and 1,115,906 shares in treasury.
