A meeting of the Board of Directors of Daifuku Co., Ltd. held Daifuku Co., Ltd. decided to make management changes involving representative directors, to take effect from April 1, 2020. The company announced Akio Tanaka is changing role from Representative Director, Chairman to Director and Senior Adviser and Mikio Inohara from Representative Director, Executive Vice President, CFO and CRO to Director and Adviser of the company.
