DAIKYO INCORPORATED is engaged in the operation of real estate businesses. The Company operates in three business segments. The Real Estate Development segment is engaged in the development and sale of apartments. The Real Estate Management segment is engaged in the management and repair works of apartments, the provision of renovation service and other services for residents of the apartments, the management and operation of office buildings and commercial facilities, the construction of new buildings and the demolition work of buildings and apartments, as well as the design, air conditioning sanitation work and other electrical equipment work. The Real Estate Distribution segment is engaged in the purchase, sale, brokerage, and leasing of real estate.
