In Nevada, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Dajin Resources (US) Corp, holds approximately 62 placer claims in the Alkali Spring valley of Esmeralda County and holds 403 placer mining claims covering 7,914 acres in the Teels Marsh valley of Mineral County. Salinas Grandes salar consists of Lithium brine assay developed from 25 shallow pits. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Dajin Resources S. A., holds interest in 230,000 acres in Jujuy province, Argentina that contain brines with Lithium, Potassium and Boron values.
