Dalata Hotel Group plc Declares Interim Dividend, Payable on 6 October 2023

Dalata Hotel Group plc announced on 28 August 2023, the Board declared an interim dividend of 4 cent per share. The payment date for the interim dividend will be 6 October 2023 to shareholders registered on the record date 15 September 2023. Based on the shares in issue at 30 June 2023, the amount of dividends declared is EUR 8.9 million.
