An unknown buyer signed an agreement to acquire 19.78% stake in Daqian Ecology&Environment Group Co.,Ltd. from Jiangsu Daqian Investment Development Co., Ltd. approximately RMB 620 million.

Daqian Ecology&Environment Group Co., Ltd., formerly DAQIAN ECOLOGY & LANDSCAPE CO., LTD, is a China-based company principally engaged in the construction and design of landscape architecture engineering, cultivation and sales of nursery stocks, garden maintenance and technical research and development of ecological landscape. The Company operates through four main segments. The Engineering Construction segment is mainly involved in the design, construction and maintenance of public garden landscape, real estate landscape and enterprise and public institution afforestation landscape. The Landscape Design segment is mainly engaged in the design of ecological landscape and landscape architecture. The Nursery Stock Sales segment is primarily engaged in the research, development, cultivation and sales of flowers and nursery stocks. The Others segment is mainly involved in the property management and hotel management.
