We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 39,270 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on December 26, 2022 to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. The Bank's issued and paid-up share capital will according increase from 31,11,68,463 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 31,12,07,733 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and any other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
