DealerAdvance, Inc. designs, develops, markets, sells and installs a Web-based application software and database system that manages the auto dealer-customer relationship. In January 2007, the Company launched Web DA, its Web-based version of its DealerAdvance software, for conventional desktop or laptop computers. DealerAdvance began the development of a version of Web DA for small hand-held ultra-mobile personal computers (UMPC’s) in March 2007. This product will enable any car salesperson to complete the entire sales process from virtually anywhere using any UMPC. It is developing Web DA 1.5 that incorporates additional features.
