DEAR U Co., Ltd. has completed an IPO in the amount of KRW 85.8 billion.

Dear U Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the mobile application platform business. The Company is engaged in the development and operation of fan and artist communication platform offering private message services, namely DearU bubble. In addition, the Company is engaged in the development and operation of smart karaoke app, namely everysing, fan community mobile application and others.
