On October 27, 2018, Ken S Tapp resigned as Social Life Network, Inc.'s Chief Financial Officer/Chief Accounting Officer. Ken S. Tapp's resignation was not in connection with any disagreement with its management regarding its operations, policies or practices. The Board of Directors (the “Board”) accepted Ken S Tapp's resignation as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Accounting Officer.

On October 27, 2018, the Board unanimously voted and approved of: accepting the resignation of Ken S. Tapp as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Accounting Officer; immediately following the resignation of Ken S. Tapp, Mark DiSiena being appointed as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Accounting Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, Mark DiSiena is its Principal Financial Officer and its Principal Accounting officer. Prior to joining Social Life, Mark DiSiena was most recently an ERP, strategy, and finance consultant at Cresset Advisors from January 2016 to October 2018.

Previously, he served in related leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Cherokee, Inc. from November 2010 to March 2013 and Chief Financial Officer at 4Medica, between March 2004 to November 2008.
