In accordance with the stipulations of article 228 of Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, which approves the revised text of the Spanish Securities Market Act, the following:

Following up on Relevant Fact number 247.510 dd. January 26, 2017, Deóleo s.a. states that an agreement with the worker's representatives has been reached to complete the redundancy agreement, which has been ratified by voting in the worker's assemblies which ended on the past March 10.

The agreement foresees the redundancy of 65 worker's employed in the installations of Alcolea, Andújar and Rivas Vaciamadrid.

As a consequence of this agreement, Deoleo will have a more efficient and agile structure congruent with the new situation of the company. It is a step forward in the restructuring process which, together with the investment in the industrial facilities in progress in the Alcolea factory, will boost the production capacity of the company in Spain.

These actions allow for an efficient industrial structure correctly dimensioned to meet the company's needs in order to operate successfully in domestic and international markets.

The agreement reached reflects the commitment and confidence of Deóleo's workforce in the future of the company.
