Dhanuka Realty Limited is a real estate development and construction company. The Company is engaged in the business of infrastructure, development, contractors, sub-contractors, builders, and to lay out, improvement of all kinds of land, buildings, colonies or apartment buildings in India. The Company is primarily focusing on the development of residential apartments in Jaipur. Its projects include Sunshine Sheodan Heights, Sunshine Kalyan, Sunshine Prime, Sunshine Symphony, Sunshine Aditya and Sunshine Bhagat. Sunshine Sheodan Heights is located in Jaipur, adjacent to Vivek Vihar Metro Station, New Sanaganer Road. It is a JDA approved commercial project which offers showrooms and office spaces on a corner plot with 100 feet and 40 feet roads in front and side respectively. Through Sunshine Kalyan, the Company offers living concepts. The Sunshine Prime project is a residential complex with over 165 air-conditioned flats and over 2,17,000 square feet of development.
