(Alliance News) - Digital Bros Spa has announced that it will participate in the SEK450 million capital increase of Sweden's Starbreeze.

The Italian company will participate with a SEK45 million commitment and may subscribe for an additional SEK100 million in the event that the aucap is not fully subscribed, with a SEK150 million partial set-off of a SEK150 million receivable.

In addition, Digital Bros commits to fully convert, following the completion of Starbreeze's capital increase, the bond loan worth SEK215 million within 30 days of the closing of the capital increase process and in any case after receiving the revised conversion price as a result of the above transaction.

"This is all aimed at supporting Starbreeze in its strategic growth goals and in the early closure of all remaining bonds from the restructuring process whose conclusion was scheduled for December 2024," Digital Bros. announced.

Digital Bros trades in the red by 0.4 percent at EUR20.56 per share.
