JSC Energoinvest Holding won the auction to acquire a 60.77% stake in Open joint stock company Donbasenergo from the Ukraine government for approximately UAH 720 million.

Donbasenerho PAT (Donbasenerho OJSC) is a Ukraine-based company primarily involved in the generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy. The total installed capacity of its electric power stations is 2880 Megawatts (MW). Donbasenerho PAT is active domestically and operates through two electric power stations Starobeshevskya and Slavyanskaya TES.
