Dong-A Socio Holdings Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A000640) agreed to sell 49% stake in DMB Limited for KRW 9.3 billion on September 11, 2015. Dong-A Socio Holdings will sell 0.98 million shares of DMB Limited. The consideration may change in the contract procedures. After the transaction, Dong-A Socio Holdings will hold 1.02 million shares of DMB Limited amounting to 51% stake. The Board of DMB Limited passed a resolution for the transaction on September 11, 2015. The transaction is expected to close on October 19, 2015.
