DHI Acquisition LLC entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire ASDS of Orange County, Inc from Dougherty's Pharmacy, Inc. for $0.28 million.

Dougherty's Pharmacy, Inc., formerly Ascendant Solutions, Inc., is a value-oriented firm focused on successfully acquiring, managing and growing community-based pharmacies in the Southwest region. The Company also focused on holding and acquiring independent pharmacies. The Company seeks to invest in or acquire technology, financial, healthcare and real estate services companies. The Company's subsidiary, Dougherty's Holding, Inc. (DHI), owns and operates multiple Dougherty's Pharmacies. The Company also holds interests in ASDS of Orange County, Inc., CRESA Partners of Orange County, L.P. and Fairways Frisco, L.P.
