DukSan Neolux Co.,Ltd entered into a business transfer agreement to Conductive Particle Business from Duksan Hi Metal Co.,Ltd or KRW 21 billion.

Duk San Neolux Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the production and sale of organic materials for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). The Company's main product includes active organic light emitting diodes (AMOLEDs). The organic materials of the OLEDs emit electric energy as light energy and play the role of light emission and color development, which make the OLEDs display a self-luminous display. The Company sells its products in domestic and overseas markets such as Japan and China.
