DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NasdaqGS:DXPE) acquired Florida Valve & Equipment Corp. and Environmental MD, Inc. (collectively, ?Florida Valve EMD?) for $3.3 million on May 1, 2023. Total consideration for the transaction was approximately $3.3 million, funded with a mixture of cash on hand of $3.0 million and future consideration of $0.3 million. In a related party transaction, DXP Enterprises, Inc also acquired Riordan Materials Corporation. Sales and adjusted EBITDA for Riordan and Florida Valve EMD for the last twelve months ending March 31, 2023, were approximately $14.2 million and $3.2 million, respectively.

SC segment is engaged in providing MRO products, equipment and services, including technical expertise and logistics capabilities, to a variety of customers serving varied end markets with the ability to provide same day delivery. IPS segment provides integrated, custom pump skid packages, pump remanufacturing and manufactures branded private label pumps. SCS segment provides fully outsourced MRO solutions for sourcing MRO products, including inventory optimization and management, storeroom management, transaction consolidation and control, vendor oversight and procurement cost optimization, productivity improvement services, and customized reporting.
