E-World Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A084680) sold 49.6% stake in ELAND CRUISE Co.,Ltd. on December 29, 2014. E-World Co., Ltd. sold 1.15 million shares. ELAND CRUISE Co.,Ltd. had total assets of KRW 21.22 billion and total stakeholder's liability of KRW 25.78 billion. Board of Directors of E-World Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on December 29, 2014.
