Egeli & Co Tarim Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi AS (the Fund) is a Turkey based closed-end investment trust. The Fund focuses on the agricultural investment theme. Its investment portfolio comprises two companies, namely Bati Tarimsal Yatirimlar AS (Bati Agricultural Investments AS), which is active in the cultivation of all kinds of agricultural products/crops, and sale and importation of crops domestically and internationally, and Doga Tarim Hayvancilik Gida Pazarlama Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company, which operates in the dairy cattle farming sector through trade, import and export of cattle and the production and sale of raw milk. The Fund is managed by Egeli and Co. Asset Management. In July 2013, it acquired Doga Tarim Hayvancilik Gida Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret AS.
