ElanOre Resources Inc. (ElanOre) is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. It focuses on exploring its Lac Elan, iron-titanium-vanadium, project in Quebec, Canada. The Company owns, through its wholly owned subsidiary BSF Resources Inc. (BSF), a 100% interest in the Lac Elan Property located in the mountainous Mont Valin area, 60 kilometers north of Saguenay and 50 kilometers northeast of Chicoutimi, Quebec. The Lac Elan Property is the Company's primary asset. The Lac Elan project consists of five non-contiguous, non-surveyed claim blocks composed of 444 map designated claims covering 24,946 hectares. On February 8, 2011, the Company acquired the Lac Elan project via the acquisition of all interest in BSF.
