Regarding: Modification of the financial calendar 2022

In accordance with the provisions of art. 247 of Regulation no. 5/2018, the Board of Directors of ELECTROMAGNETICA SA informs the shareholders and investors of the following partial modification of the financial calendar for the year 2022 regarding the Date of publication of the Quarterly Report - financial results quarter I 2022 (27 April 2022 instead of May 13, 2022) and the Date of the meeting with analysts regarding the presentation of the Quarterly Report - results for the first quarter of 2022 (April 29, 2022 instead of May 13, 2022):

Thus, the updated 2022 financial calendar will be as follows:

April 27, 2022: Publication of the Quarterly Report - financial results for the first quarter of 2022

April 28, 2022: Ordinary General Meeting approving the 2021 annual financial results April 29, 2022: Publication of the Annual Report - annual financial results 2021

April 29, 2022: Meeting with analysts for presentation of the Quarterly Report - financial results first quarter 2022

August 11, 2022: Publication of the Half-Yearly Report - financial results for the first half of 2022

August 12, 2022: Meeting with analysts presentation of the Half-Year Report - financial results for the first half of 2022

November 11, 2022: Publication of the Quarterly Report - financial results for the third quarter of 2022

November 14, 2022: Meeting with analysts for presentation of the Quarterly Report - financial results for the third quarter of 2022

Electromagnetica SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of measuring and testing equipment. The Companyâs products include a range of electric and electronic equipment, such as electrical power distribution and measurement equipment; electrical and electronic assemblies for automotive industry; tools and moulds; metal and plastic assemblies; railway traffic safety equipment and light-emitting diode (LED) lighting systems, among others. Additionally, the Company is active in the distribution of electrical power, as well as in the leasing of land and rental of commercial and industrial real estate properties. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs subsidiaries included Electromagnetica Goldstar SRL, Electromagnetica Prestserv SRL, Procetel SA and Electromagnetica Fire SRL.
