Metallurgicheskiy Zavod Elektrostal' AO (Metallurgical Plant Electrostal OJSC) is a Russia-based company active within the metallurgical industry. The Company is engaged in the production of steel and alloys, including heat-resistant and titanium alloys, copper alloys, stainless steel, forgings, washers, round billets and cold-drawn wires, among others. Metallurgicheskiy Zavod Elektrostal' AO's products main consumers are such industries as: power engineering, nuclear energy, shipbuilding, oil and gas, among others. The Company distributes its products domestically, as well as exports them to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, Europe and America. The Company operates through several subsidiaries and affiliated companies. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was RusSpetsSplav OAO.
