Elna : Three companies to plead guilty to fixing prices of auto capacitors

ELNA CO., LTD. is a Japan-based manufacturing company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of capacitors and printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Capacitor segment, together with its domestic and overseas subsidiaries, manufactures and sells aluminum electrolytic capacitors, electric double-layer capacitors and others. The PCB segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of PCBs, including build-up printed wiring boards (PWBs), multi-layer (BVH) PWBs and double-sided PWBs. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of electric power based on solar power generation. As of December 31, 2014, the Company had 10 subsidiaries and one associated company.
