Energy Lab S.p.A. has filed an IPO in the amount of €4.05 million.

Energy Lab SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the energy industry. The Company produces medium and large-size systems for the renewable energy. The Company is active in the design and construction of solar thermal and photovoltaic panels, which convert sunlight into electricity, as well as installation and operation of biomass plants. In addition, the Company provides lighting system through light-emitting diode (LED) products, as well as electric bikes and cars. The Company provides various services, including paperwork, installation, maintenance, monitoring, electrical cleaning, technical assistance of network connection and consulting, among others. It offers its products for business and private clients.
