Energy Resources of Australia Ltd. announced production results for the first quarter March 2013. For the quarter, the company produced uranium oxide of 897 tonnes, 47% a year ago. Ore milled was 551,000 tonnes, decreased 15% a year ago. Mill head grade was 0.19% uranium oxide, was 73% a year ago. Mill recovery was 85.2%, decreased 3% a year ago. Total evaluation expenditure was $1 million and related to the Ranger 3 Deeps prefeasibility study. Total exploration expenditure was $9 million $2 million in the corresponding quarter in 2012.

Production of uranium oxide for 2013 is expected to be within the range of 2,700 tonnes to 3,300 tonnes.
