SAO PAULO, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Power company Engie Brasil Energia said on Monday it has agreed to buy Atlas Energia and a series of photovoltaic power stations owned by it, totalling an installed capacity of 545 megawatts (MWac), from investment fund GIP Helios.

The company, controlled by French energy giant Engie , said in a securities filing that the acquisition was valued at about 3.24 billion reais ($646.04 million), including Atlas' net debt of 971 million reais.
