Net cash used in operating activities was $227,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2014; a decrease of $177,000 compared to net cash used in operating activities of $50,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2013. Operating cash used in the first six months of 2014 decreased compared to the prior year period primarily due to payments of accounts payable in the current year and collections of accounts receivables and the receipt of customer deposits for production orders in the prior year.  Property and equipment, net of depreciation, decreased by $20,000, or 25%, to $60,000 at June 30, 2014 compared to a balance of $80,000 at December 31, 2013.  The decrease is primarily due to depreciation expense of $20,000.
