Entersoft acquires INFOPOWER HR SOLUTIONS and strengthens its position in the Payroll, Time & Attendance and Human Resources software market

Athens, 1st December 2023

Entersoft announces that it has signed an Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of "Infopower HR Solutions Private Capital Company", domiciled in Athens, with trade registration number 173049601000.

In 2023 INFOPOWER's revenue will approach 0.45 million euros, with EBITDA approximately at

0.15 million euros. The company has a net cash position. They have a strong expertise in the implementation of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Human Resource Management and Access Control projects. It actively supports a number of large and demanding companies, such as Piraeus Bank, Pancreta Bank, Greek Banks Association, PCT (Cosco Piraeus Container Terminals), Greek Post, Public Company of Natural Gas, Society of Information SA, Public Real Estate Company, Enterprise Greece, Pharmaserve-LILLY, Rolco Vianil, Byte Computers, Elinoil, Pepsico- Tasty, ETPA Packaging, Aldemar Hotels, Aquila Hotels, Alpha Urban Real Estate, Intrum Hellas and more another 100 medium and large companies.

The acquisition is part of Entersoft' s overall strategy for a dynamic entry into the Payroll, Time & Attendance and Human Resources software market with new modern technological solutions that covers end-to-end all HR processes. The new Entersoft Human Capital Management 360 product suite includes solutions for recruitment and talent search management, Human Resources management, Time & Attendance, Digital Work Card, as well as Payroll. It works in a Cloud environment with a state of the art Web interface and relevant APIs.

The agreed price amounts to 0,9 million euros paid in cash. The acquisition be financed from Entersoft' s own funds.
