The Works Property has approximately five producing wells. The Company has two subsidiaries, Eos Global Petro, Inc. (Eos) and Eos Merger Sub, Inc. (Eos Delaware). Eos has two subsidiaries: Plethora Energy, Inc. (Plethora Energy) and EOS Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd. The Company formerly marketed the Safe Cell Tab product line, which consists of products designed to protect users against the harmful and damaging effects of electromagnetic radiation emitted from electrical devices.
