Epileds Co., Ltd. (TSEC:4956) announced a private placement of 5,000 first series unsecured convertible corporate bonds at TWD 100,000 per bond for gross proceeds of TWD 5000,000,000 on January 22, 2014. The bond will have 0% interest rate and will have a term of five years. The securities will be issued at par.
On June 23, 2014, Epileds Co., Ltd. closed the transaction.
