After recent discussions with its clients, the company has utilized their feedback to create new value added features to the application for business. The company's all new, upgraded employee experience has added features including in-app live chat to simplify communication between its members' employees and the Epoxy team.

Now, an app user can navigate through the application and features with real time communication from Epoxy's Staff. Its administration panel, now allows companies to assign control and access to their management teams giving them even more flexibility and customization. Larger chains can setup separate regions to diversify promotional offers and target marketing while smaller companies can now allow managers to monitor usage, demographics, promotions and peak operating periods.
