ERF Wireless, Inc. (OTCPK:ERFB) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Accordant Communications for $14 million on January 19, 2017. As a part of transaction, ERF Wireless will issue 14 million restricted common stock valued at $1 per share. The transaction is subject to customary due diligence and approvals and expected to close before August 2017.
