(Alliance News) - ErreDue Spa on Tuesday announced that it has been awarded the tender called by Enea - the National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development - for the supply of a hydrogen generator with a PEM electrolytic cell worth more than EUR200,000.

The company explained that this order increases the estimated backlog by EUR14 million, to which will be added additional orders to be completed by 2024, according to the company's business model of 120-day average delivery.

"The tender expresses Enea's desire to equip itself with a hydrogen generator mod. SIRIO 1000 D, to enrich its specialized laboratory for research and innovation with a state-of-the-art machine," ErreDue explained in a note.

The plant will be used for the development of an Energy Storage, Power to Gas project.

ErreDue trades in the green by 3.5 percent at EUR9.00 per share.
