ES-System Spolka Akcyjna announced earnings results for the third quarter and nine months of 2013. For the quarter, the company reported revenues from sales of products, goods and materials of PLN 42,010,000 against PLN 43,769,000 a year ago. Operating profit (EBIT) was PLN 2,409,000 against PLN 649,000 a year ago. Return on profit EBIT was 5.73% against 1.48% a year ago. Net profit was PLN 2,088,000 against PLN 410,000 a year ago.

For the nine months period, the company reported revenues from sales of products, goods and materials of PLN 112,986,000 against PLN 116,327,000 a year ago. Operating profit (EBIT) was PLN 3,087,000 against PLN 739,000 a year ago. Return on profit EBIT was 2.73% against 0.64% a year ago. Net profit was PLN 3,135,000 against PLN 233,000 a year ago. The group's revenues were lower compared to same period in previous year mainly due to postponements in the domestic and export markets and to a slow-down in selected EU markets.

In the fourth quarter of 2013, the Group expects to complete few significant projects abroad, among others the second stage of lighting for the new city center in Aarhus, Denmark. In the fourth quarter of 2013 further strengthening of Sweden and joining by Kuwait the group of ten biggest markets are also expected. Increases in sale and in share of the Group's total sale are foreseen in case of German and Dutch markets. Considerable increase in received orders and confirmed information on planned orders allow expecting that fourth quarter of the current year in export will be significantly better than the third quarter of 2013 and should compensate the current year's sale in comparison with 2012.

In 2013 the Group aims at maintaining at least consolidated results for 2012.
