Notice Regarding Selection of "Prime Market"
in Tokyo Stock Exchange New Market Segments
ESPEC CORP. (the "Company") hereby announces that at the Board of Director meeting held today, the Company has resolved to select the "Prime Market" as the new market segments of the Tokyo Stock Exchange ("TSE") and apply to the TSE.
As described in "Notice Regarding of the Results of the Initial Assessment of Compliance with the New Market Category "Prime Market"" announced on August 17, 2021, the Company received the results of its initial assessment from the TSE, confirming that the Company complied with the listing criteria for the "Prime Market" in the new market segments.
